Denise Cataldo, CPA

Denise is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of diverse tax and accounting experience. She represents clients in the manufacturing, retail, high-tech and various service industries. She also has experience as a comptroller for a real estate development firm. Denise’s experience includes business formations, structuring buy/sell agreements, obtaining bank financing, IRS representation, and business consulting.

Denise gets great pleasure from volunteering her time for the following organizations:

• Former Member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society for CPAs
• Past Chair of the Small Firms Advisory Committee
• Past Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Grassroots Committee
• Board of Directors for Windward Associates, a non-profit agency for the mentally retarded

Michelle Vasquez, E.A

Michelle grew up in Stow and now lives in Lancaster with her husband. She graduated from UMASS Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor in Finance. Prior to joining Denise Cataldo CPA in1998, Michelle spent nearly four years working for a CPA firm in Wellesley. She passed the enrolled agent exam, is a notary public, and is a member of the Massachusetts Society for CPAs. She specializes in the setup/installation/training of Quickbooks software including other accounting software packages. In her leisure time, Michelle cooks and mountain bikes.

Joan Ivers

Joan is married and the mother of three. She resides in Franklin, Mass. Joan specializes in bookkeeping and QuickBooks. She has experience dealing with a wide variety of clients including flower shops, hi-tech companies, real estate companies and professional consulting companies.

Lisa Doerr

Lisa is married and mother of three. She lives in Berlin, Mass. Lisa provides administrative and bookkeeping support. She enjoys reading and gardening.

Timothy Calder

Tim resides in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is a 2006 graduate of Bridgewater State University. Before joining Denise Cataldo, CPA, he worked for two years in public accounting specializing in bookkeeping for manufacturers. Tim enjoys playing hockey for the Westborough men’s league.
